Shipping Destinations: We proudly offer shipping services to customers within the USA. Please note that at this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Methods: We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping for your convenience. Our standard shipping methods include UPS, FX Express Couier. The estimated delivery time may vary based on your location and the availability of the ordered items.

Shipping Fees:  100% Free Shipping  On All Orders Except Wholesale/Bulk Orders

Order Processing Time: We aim to process and ship orders promptly. Orders received before 12:00 PM on business days will typically be processed on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Updates: We will keep you informed about the status of your order and any shipping updates. If there are delays or issues with your shipment, we will notify you promptly.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Our Guarantee: At africansupermarts.com, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The return or exchange request must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at returns@africansupermarts.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number on the package.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may provide a prepaid return label for the return of the damaged or defective item.
